Today I'm starting a new blog feature for Wednesday...Word Wednesday.
So, today I'm starting at the beginning of the alphabet with the word
ABOLISH
v. to do away with
Over the past few months I've become more aware of my inner stress and emotions. I was introduced the art of mediation by another writing friend of mine and I can't tell you the difference it's made in my life.
I feel calm and more focused.
I'm learning how to ABOLISH negative thoughts and stress, the natural way - and it's been freeing.
Today I hope you read the word and think of a way to apply it to your life this week...what can you abolish to make your life just a little bit better?
And now it's time for me to abolish thoughts of procrastination and hit the WIP!
